Did You See???

Were you able to tune into the webcast
from Lolly and Daniela and their
Prima Live Big Ten Card Class?

I watched from home and it looked like one Fun Party...
I almost jumped in the car to join them.

I loved that everyone was in Teal.
Lolly has LOTS of Teal lovin' fans out there.

And the Yodeler...WOW! she did great!
I know we'll be having more webcasts from
the Little Blue House.
How can we not, it's a blast!

Today I would like to show another project
I made from my April Front Porch kit,
"A Little Birdie told Me."
It is a 2 page LO for my niece's scrapbook.
After finishing this LO, I still have 2 12x12 sheets
and lots of extras left over.
Pretty Good Deal goin' on here.

My sister and her family visiting the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, Texas

The pictures are of the same visit but since they were taken
in different parts of the hotel we got variations in their
background colors. So I picked papers that would help the
pictures stand out.  Then of course I had fun adding the sweet
elements to the LO using more of the die cut birds and
chipboard flowers from the kit.

The red paper flower was cut using
the Lyrical Letters Cricut cartridge,

and the yellow star was cut using
the George and Basic Shapes Cartridge.

The butterfly was cut using a Martha Stewart punch and
the chipboard flowers were spritzed with Maya Mist.

The only thing added to my LO and not in the kit was the
amber bling for the birds eyes and flower middles.
I'd say I got a lot of mileage out of this kit.

I can't wait for next months kit.  I will say this...
the colors are FUN FUN FUN.
I got to see some of the paper...shhh!

It's going to be a beautiful day in Fort Worth today,
I am going to enjoy a little sun before tonight's crop.

I hope you enjoy your day too!
