Scrapstahser Fun

The first set of Scrapstasher classes were so much fun.
It was great to see our stasher friends at the LBH.
This is my completed project from that class.

Our Miss Tracy had a vision for the tree.
She and Lolly Chops worked on a drawing,
and there you have the basis for our canvas. We used an 11x14 canvas and painted it a fall color.  Mine was too bright so I calmed it down by dry brushing brown paint over  the green.  We used a 9x12 background paper, mine is Kraft paper from Bazzill and lots of scraps for the leaves.  A few buttons, some jute , and a word sentiment to give it a finishing touch.  It was easy and I think it turned out great.
The variety of paper combinations made every canvas unique. I love this class.
Now to find a spot to display my new art piece.

Happy Crafting!
