Scrapbook Pages

Good Afternoon,

The past couple weeks at The Little Blue House has been full of LiFe!
With preparing for Open House, Having Open House,
Preparing for the new classes, having the new classes,
new product coming in and a few upcoming things
that will be posted at a later date...
(and you won't want to miss out on that)
Plus add in there HoMe LiFe!
I have been busy.

But not to busy to catch up on some pages,
and find a few I did back in July.  Buried in a pile.
The craft desk got to the point of having only
2'x1-1/2' work space left.
(The table is 4'x8', seriously, why am I
cluttering that great work space...IDK???)

For this LO I wanted a title in blue so I thought I
would mist some chipboard letters.  I didn't have a font
that would give me a complete word so I used mixed fonts.
I like how it turned out.

This LO I used the borders paper and sticker page
of the Lovey Dovey line from Bella Blvd.
The colors were perfect for these pictures.

This LO I used bits and pieces from a kit I
had from a few years ago along with a venturing title
from the scout shop. No printed paper, but still lots of interest.
(Kimberly looks ready for campout.)

This LO has two events on it.  Both scout related so I
didn't feel the need to separate them. I tried out my
new background stamp using red paint.  I like the layered
effect that it gave the page.

Here's an idea for those shaped die cuts. I still have scrappers
tell me they like to buy them and then don't know what to
do with them. They are great as a background against
solid or light printed papers. I also tried a free-handed
embossed title. Using the Versamark clear embossing pen,
I wrote out the title and heat embossed it with black
embossing powder.  The flowers are layered from book pages,
leftovers from a previous project.

I love this little LO.  Kimberly and Kelly(BFF's) were
playing around and snapping pictures.  I just happened to
find the pic's when I was looking for other photos.
So I printed them up.
(A set for me and a set for Kelly's mom, one of my BFF's)
The coloring on the pictures were so dull
but coupled with this line from Cosmo Crickets Joy Ride
 I think it works.
The Elements page gave me some
cute embellishments too.

On to some more projects. Coming up are some Looky Doo pages
for a sale at the LBH on October 13-15. Check out the blog for more
details.  A scout book for a soon to be Eagle Scout in our troop. And
the 2nd child's baby book for a client.  Hopefully a few pages for me too.

Merry Scrapping Everyone!

Rhonda
