Scrap With Style

With Jennifer Yates

If you don't know Jennifer let me tell you a little bit about her.  She is a designer for several design teams including Pebbles, by American Crafts, Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker LLC, and Inspired Blueprints.  She and I worked at Anthologies together where she created beautiful layouts for classes.  She has been published for her designs in Scrapbook Trends. She is a self taught photographer with a great eye and a talent for catching the best shots.  With all that experience how could we not have her teaching with us at the Little Blue House.  Now that you have a little background let me tell you about the class.
We started off building a layout designed by Jennifer.  She walked us through the process and talked about how she gets inspiration for her projects.
We then talked about our cameras showing us 3 features to help us improve our picture taking. She provided us with lots of information and tips on what she does to get her fantastic shots. This 3 hour class was full of helpful tidbits and lots of laughs.

To learn more about Jennifer go to The Pink Room and follow her blog.
There is one more class this month on October 30 from 10am-1pm.
If you are interested in joining Jennifer, call the Little Blue House at 817-431-7930
to reserve a seat.
